Welcome to my adventure. In March of 2014, I started this Sabbatical diary intending to take a break from the many crafty things that I had been involved with for years. I explored my writing and finished my first novel. Since then, I have changed course, mostly to writing, and I hope you will join my new adventure if you have even a latent desire to be authentic in your own life.

Inspiration?
Earlier yesterday I wrote about 400 words on my novel, but I felt, well, sort of stuck, sorta uninspired in the afternoon. So I decided to take a walk. No words . . . just pictures!

Are those daffodils?? What a beautiful place to take a walk.
ReplyDeleteI love that last shot! Really cool. I think that sometimes a walk in nature is the perfect inspiration. =)
ReplyDeleteIt's so great to see some flowers popping up!
ReplyDeleteIt's always smart to walk away when we're in a creative rut. It will be more effective in the long run to let it happen naturally than trying to force it. And a walk is always a good distraction :)
Nothing like a walk to clear out the ole noggin, hey? That photo of the daffs growing at the base of the tree is plain magical...
ReplyDeletesuch inspiring pictures!
